BCA National Training Group (BCA National) is a Registered Training
Organisation offering quality training with real skills outcomes for all
participants.  Our motto “Knowledge creates a future” highlights our
experiential and motivational foundation – the power of learning to change

BCA National’s Scope is focused on Business, Community Services,
Conservation & Land Management, Education, Finance, Government and Training.
All programs target areas where the company can offer opportunity to people
who have undertaken little study and who are ready for a new start and as
adults, ready to learn to make it happen.


Face-to-face training can occur off site or onsite, at locations suited to
the client and geographical location of the participants.  BCA National
source training facilities which provide ample resources and workshop space
for every group undertaking training.

BCA National offer both online and face-to-face tutorials between workshops
for participants to discuss assessment processes and receive assistance from
their trainer.

BCA National have developed Indigenous-specific resources for a range of
qualifications and tailor their Training and Assessment approaches to suit
each learner group.


Our training is designed, delivered and assessed by professional trainers and
educators.  Each member of the team is qualified in a specialised training
sector and is also accredited to objectively assess adult training outcomes.

BCA National maintain best practice in delivery with currency of materials,
contextualisation of materials and expertise of trainers.

Each contracted Trainer/Assessor is an expert in their industry and location.


We collect and monitor feedback from learners on teh quality and abilities of
our trainers, the course content and its relevance to the workplace and
students' ability to implement skills and knowledge in their organisation.
